Teach you how to identify the quality of longevity film

2020-08-07

There are many varieties of agricultural film on the market, and the product quality is uneven. Farmers often cannot distinguish the quality of products when they buy products. Based on years of experience, Qingzhou Luhong Plastic Co., Ltd. simply summarizes it into four words: look, drag, poke and burn. The following is a specific explanation for the longevity film as an example:

1. Look: It is to observe the film under the light with eyes. Let's first look at the light transmittance of the film. The higher the transparency, the better the film quality, and vice versa. It depends on the uniformity of the color of the film. Due to the lag of the production process, the production of greenhouse films is mainly blow molding. The blow molding process is greatly affected by temperature, and the thickness is different, indicating that the color is uneven, thick and dark, and thin. light. In windy weather, the film can be easily torn from thin places.

2. Drag: This method mainly tests the tensile strength of the film. The method is to pull the film horizontally to one side along a corner of the film, and then pull it longitudinally to conduct a destructive test. Be careful not to bend in a large area. The harder it is, the less likely it is to break, which means its tensile strength is better. If it is pulled slightly, the quality will deteriorate. The higher the tensile strength, the stronger the wind resistance and durability of the film.

3. Poke: Poke a small hole in the middle of the longevity film with your finger, and then tear it around along the hole to increase the rupture area. If the force is too small, the hole will expand in a large area, indicating that the quality is not good and the time used is too long. If there is strong wind after setting up the shed, small mechanical wounds will be elongated with the wind, decayed, and cannot be used.

4. Burning: Chemical substances will react when exposed to fire. We use burning and smell. If it is very smelly after being ignited, accompanied by a pungent smell, and emits a lot of black smoke and drops a lot of black floc, the material of this film is polyvinyl chloride. If PE and EVA are marked, it is likely that some recycled materials have been added during the production process and the quality is not good. PE and Eva have smell, smoke but no black smoke. Po film uses resin as the main raw material, which is essentially different from other PVC, PE and EVA. After the longevity film burns, it emits the same smell as the candle burning, without pungent smell and a small amount of white smoke.
