The essence of grouting film is polyethylene polyethylene (PE) long-life film (commonly known as grouting dry film) filled with a layer of grout in the inner layer to achieve the function of defogging and dripping. It is processed on the basis of the original PE film. The inner surface of the polyethylene film is treated with a mist eliminator. Therefore, the treated polyethylene film is tightly attached to the inner wall of the polyethylene film, and a protective layer is formed on the inner surface of the polyethylene film. Once the moisture in the shed comes into contact with the inner wall of the PE film, it will form a layer of water film, and then flow along the slope of the shed due to its own gravity, so as to achieve the effect of eliminating fog and dripping water. The essential difference from the previous ordinary PE film is that the mist eliminator exists separately outside the shed film. In this way, the working time of defogging drip irrigation depends on the quality of the anti-fogging agent and the service life of the PE film, which can reach more than one year. But because its antifogging agent adheres to the surface of the PE film, its adhesion is not strong. External force is easy to cause damage to the coating, so it is easy to cause dripping at the damaged place. For example, when the greenhouse is placed on the greenhouse, the friction between the inner wall of the shed and the bamboo poles on the shed, and the plastic film of the sorghum will appear on it.

Compared with grouting film, the production process of Po film is different. Po film is not processed on the basis of polyethylene film. In addition, as a new type of polyolefin, key production processes such as corona, coating, and drying are added to the original polyethylene film production process. A coating is added to the inner layer of the Po film, and the material of the coating is critical. Compared with squeeze film, Po film is not a simple coating slurry due to the new production and processing method. Therefore, Po film has a good drop defogging ability, and the droplet defogging time is synchronized with the service life of Po film. The service life of PO film can reach more than 2 to 5 years, and its service life is 1 year.

The thermal insulation performance of PO film is quite different from it. The thermal insulation performance of Po film is better than that of PE film. At present, Po film can be added with thermal insulation agent, and the thermal insulation performance is similar to that of EVA film, but because it uses PE film as the base material, the thermal insulation performance is poor. Therefore, compared with it, Po film has good heat preservation.

In terms of price, the price of Po film is also higher than that of grouting film. From the point of view of function and service life, Po film is more cost-effective. Because the Po film can be used for many years without changing, it can also keep warm.
