No matter what kind of agricultural film used in the greenhouse, it has a useful life. However, in actual production, due to the influence of high temperature, strong light and other factors, the aging rate of the greenhouse double film is relatively fast. Once the operation is not careful, it is easy to accelerate its aging and damage. So what problems should be paid attention to in the use and maintenance?

1. The time of high temperature airtight shed should not be too long

The high temperature airtight shed will cause greater damage to the double-layer anticorrosive film. It is understood that the long-term high temperature airtight greenhouse in the greenhouse can greatly shorten the service life of the double-layer protective film. If the shed is closed for more than one month in the high temperature season, the double-layer protective film will be seriously aging: low light transmittance, poor heat preservation, and easy to damage. Therefore, the high temperature airtight shed should not be too long, generally 15-20 days is appropriate. In addition, in the high temperature season, to avoid damage by the steel pipe, the protective layer should be wrapped on the frame and steel pipe in advance.

2. Close the greenhouse before the winter wind

The airtightness of the greenhouse is one of the factors that determines whether the double-layer protective film can withstand strong winds. When the airtight condition of the shed body is good, less air enters the shed body, and the air pressure inside and outside the shed body remains unchanged, which will not affect the product; if part of the shed body is not well sealed, the double film is likely to burst. Therefore, vegetable farmers should close the vents in time before the onset of strong winds. In addition, vegetable farmers should pay attention to check the damage of the double-layer protective film, and repair the loopholes in time to avoid excessive air in the greenhouse, causing the product to burst or even the greenhouse collapse.

3. Make a good separation and prevent rust water damage film

Nowadays, many vegetable farmers use rolling shutters, which are relatively convenient to operate after pulling. However, it has a disadvantage that it does not set up a greenhouse in summer. On rainy days, the rust water dripping from the arches and pillars falls on the double-layer protective film, leaving rust marks on the double-layer protective film. In a short period of time, the color of the double-layer protective film became dark brown, unable to penetrate light. Under high temperature and sunlight, the film ages quickly, the toughness decreases, and it is easy to break. To prevent this from happening, vegetable farmers can first wrap a layer of film on the arched frame, and then wrap it with a non-woven fabric, so that rainwater will not fall on the arched frame, and the double barrier film will not stick.
